Fresh Water Systems is a highly successful, multi-state supplier of reverse osmosis, carbon filtration, water distillation and water cooler equipment. They have over 20 employees and have been in business for more than a decade. I created this site from scratch: web page design, site layout, visible content and search engine optimization.

After reviewing last nights credit card close I couldn't help but notice that internet sales have increased from $1,000 in our first month to over $6,000! by month three... Like most businesses, our water conditioning company is experiencing tremendous changes in consumers preferences and attitudes towards purchasing. The end result was 21 pages, sales beyond our projections, and a backlog of 2 weeks worth of leads via email requests!

We have grown accustomed to customer's responses such as "Your web site is the most informative and comprehensive site on the net". You delivered your promise of top rankings in our diverse categories in all the major search engines, in fact, your last analysis discovered that we are in the top 10 rankings in 26 different categories. That's amazing!

I performed search engine optimization and provided consultation on rewriting visible content.

With another client, yep - another professional writer, he took the time to summarize our relationship. I found it interesting. He wrote,

Allow me to make one observation. You have four incongruous images of yourself, each of which you project depending upon the need of the moment. This makes for an interesting, intriguing personality.

brash youth - nope, I am 44... brash immaturity, well yes...

You show your human side (your wife and Kenzie), you show yourself to be, not a braggart at all, but a decent human being."

This is what a prospective client wrote to me...

YOU’RE ON IF YOU WANT TO BE.I decided on the basis of our telephone conversation that I want to work with you. There are two reasons for this which are related to each other. 

First, all the “webmeisters” I had talked to previously failed to impress me. They all stressed how beautiful our website can be and how many hits it could generate. It all sounded like advertising agency hype. The hype became defensive as soon as I asked about attracting the visitors we want rather than just clocking up large numbers of hits. I draw blanks when I asked about how the site will make qualified visitors want to take the next (huge) step and contact us.

This is just what happens in 99% of the advertising agencies when you talk about qualified leads and stimulating sales. They like to talk about beautiful adverts that will attract attention and expensive media that reach big audiences. 

Second, none talk as sensibly as you about continuous improvement.

Most of your competitors seem interested in getting an order, doing a job and sending a bill. I need a consultant with whom I can work permanently. Moreover, I expect to pay for the time our project consumes in one way or another.
